Shiekh Dr. Mohammad Abdul Razzaq Al Tabtabae is currently the Dean of College of Sharia & Islamic Studies in Kuwait University. Dr. Al Tabtabae has earned his PhD in Sharia in 1996 from the Higher Judicial Institute of the Imam Saud Islamic university in Riyadh – Saudi Arabia. He has been taught by many Shiekhs and scientists and has had an outstanding scientific activity in the field of lecturing, breaching and Islamic researching. Dr. Al Tabtabae participates in many specialized committees and scientific conferences. Moreover, he currently holds the following positions:

• Member of Sharia Board of Zakat House in Kuwait.
• Member of the International Authority for Contemporary Zakat Issues.
• Member of Fatwa Board of the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs – Kuwait.
• Member of the Scientific Consultancy Council in Kuwait University.

Shiekh Prof. Bader Abdul Razzaq Al Mass currently heads the Islamic Affairs Department at College of Education – Kuwait University. Prof. Al Mass has had his PhD degree in Islamic Sharia in 1989 from Um Al Qora University in Makkah Al Mokarramah. He has compiled lots of Islamic scientific books and demonstrated a significant scientific role in teaching and lecturing. Prof. Al Mass has conducted many scientific researches in Islamic Sharia, Dawa, and education. In addition, among many others, he currently holds the following positions:

• Media Consultant to the Superior Committee for Establishing the Terms of Islamic Sharia – Amiri Diwan – Kuwait.
• Board Member of Islam Representation Committee in Kuwait.
• Member of Sharia boards in many companies and institutions in Kuwait

Shiekh Dr. Khaled Shojaa Al Otaibi is currently an Associate Professor of Islamic Studies at College of Basic Education – Kuwait University. He has had his PhD degree in Islamic Sharia in 2000 from the Islamic University in Al Madinah Al Monawara with the first degree of distinction. Dr. Al Otaibi has participated in many conferences inside and outside Kuwait. In addition, among many others, he currently holds the following positions:

• Member of Sharia Committee at General Secretariat of Awaqaf - Kuwait.
• Member of Selection Committee of Imams at Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs – Kuwait.
• Member of Dawaa Consultant Committee at Ahmadi Mosque Department – Kuwait.
• Member of Scientific Committee headed by Minister of Endowments and Islamic Affairs – Kuwait.
• Member of Sharia boards in many companies and institutions in Kuwait.

Shiekh Dr. Hashem Al Tabtabae currently holds the position of Asst. Manager of Awareness and Guidance at Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor - Kuwait. He has had his PhD degree in Sharia (Islamic Transactions) in 2005 from Zaitoona University. Dr. Al Tabtabae has participated in many Islamic Sharia researches and achieved various scientific activities. In addition, among many others, he currently holds the following positions:

• Head of General Committee of Holy Quran Contest in Kuwait.
• Member of Sharia boards in many companies and institutions in Kuwait.
