I hereby acknowledge that all the aforementioned information are valid and conform to reality and I bear the full liability for any invalid information. Moreover, I declare that the subject of the complaint has not been considered before the Court and I commit not to take any other action in the case of agreeing with the Company upon a corrective measure for the said complaint with the commitment of the company to the agreed resolution. In addition, I commit not to resubmit any complaint to the Central Bank of Kuwait concerning the same subject.
       
Complaints should be delivered in one of the following methods:

1- By hand to the Complaint Unit in the Company
2- By mail to the attention of the Head of Complaint Unit
3- To the following electronic mail in the name of the Head of Complaint Unit: complain@almanar.com.kw
 
The complaint made by the customer will be replied to within 30 working days from the date of receiving it by the Complaint Unit.
