INVITATION TO ATTEND THE ANNUAL GENERAL ASSEMBLY MEETING

Al-Manar Financing & Leasing Co ( KPSC ) is pleased to invite our esteemed shareholders to attend the Annual General Meeting Assembly of the year ended in 31/12/2020, which will be held on Wednesday 21^st April 2021 at 11:00 AM in the headquarter of the company located in Al-Qibla, Block 13, 23 Street, Qibla Square Tower, Floor 29, to look over the Assembly Agenda.

Shareholders are kindly requested visit the company to get the invitation card with the Assembly Agenda during the working hours.

In case of absence of quorum, the alternative meeting will be held on Wednesday, 28^th April 2021 at 11:00 AM at same location.
