INVITATION TO ATTEND THE EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL ASSEMBLY MEETING

Al-Manar Financing & Leasing Co ( KPSC ) is pleased to invite our esteemed shareholders to attend the Extraordinary General Meeting Assembly, which will be held on Sunday 09^th May 2021 at 11:00 AM in the headquarter of the company located in Al-Qibla, Block 13, 23 Street, Qibla Square Tower, Floor 29, to look over the Assembly Agenda.

Shareholders are kindly requested visit the company to get the invitation card with the Assembly Agenda during the working hours.

In case of absence of quorum, the alternative meeting will be held on Sunday 16^th May 2021 at 11:00 AM at same location.
